This project is a request to amend Condition of Approval No. 4 of Use Permit No. PLN2023-0047, which allowed for the construction of a 131,973 square-foot RV sales and service building on 15.3± acres for the sale of motorized RVs within P-D (351) and (253). Condition of Approval No. 4 required issuance of all permitting required with Use Permit No. PLN023-0047 within 18 months of project approval, which was on October 17, 2024. Condition No. 4 also requires that all permits be finaled within 36 months of project approval. The deadline for issuance of all required permits was on April 17, 2026. Currently BLD2025-0738 and GRA20250013 are ready to be issued, however, based on current economic conditions the applicant requested an additional two years to obtain each permit be granted. Amendment of Condition of Approval No. 4 will also govern the adopted Development Schedule of P-D (351). If approved, each permit will have to be issued and finaled by two years to be issued from the date of Planning Commission approval. No other amendments to Use Permit No. PLN2023-0047 have been proposed.
