Conditional Use Permit No. PA-2400506, issued by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department, authorizes the establishment of a religious assembly facility in Tracy, California. Located at the southeast corner of South Lammers Road and South Nancy Emilia Court, the project is situated on land zoned for General Agriculture. The development is planned in two phases over a five-year period, beginning with the conversion of a 4,765 square foot agricultural building into a temple, followed by the conversion of a 2,642 square foot agricultural building into a meditation hall. The facility will be supported by an on-site well, septic system, and storm drainage. Operational guidelines specify a maximum general attendance of 70 people and a staff of five. Six annual religious events are permitted with up to 600 daily attendees, provided no more than 150 people are present at once.
