Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), commonly known as Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), intends to retain an architectural firm in the capacity of Prime Consultant, supported by a multidisciplinary team of subconsultants, including Conservation Architect, Structural Engineer with heritage building conservation expertise, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Fire Protection and Building Code Specialist, Universal Accessibility Specialist, and Cost Estimator, to complete the assessment, analysis, design and implementation of the Confederation Building Interior and Exterior Life Cycle Repair and Replacement project.
