This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. ii. This solicitation document is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). When submitting an inquiry or quote, please use the reference number 1605DC-19-Q-00136. iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02, effective May 6, 2019. iv.
