AI Contract Overview
This solicitation is for the procurement of one connecting link for a rig, identified by NSN 3040-01-484-2001. The contract is issued by the Department of Defense under the Land Supplier Opns Vehicle Spt agency, with a required delivery timeframe of 20 days after receipt of order. A notable exception to the standard requirements is that the paint finish will be applied by the requestioner rather than the supplier. The agreement is subject to strict regulatory compliance, including DLA packaging requirements and CMMC Level 2 certification. Because the item contains technical data subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, the contractor must have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and have completed specific DOD export-controlled technical data training. Additionally, the contract mandates adherence to configuration change management and the removal of government identification from any non-accepted supplies.
