The U.S. Air Force, through the AFSC OL H PZACA office at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is seeking a small business supplier to provide one each of a Connecting Link (NSN 3040-01-436-3487, Manufacturer Part Number LS35052D0750A00) under CLIN 0001 and two each under CLIN 0002, with all deliveries due by July 3, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5, requiring all offerors to be certified small businesses registered in SAM.gov and the JCP. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, where technical acceptability must be established first before price is considered as the determining factor. The contract prohibits the use of covered telecommunications equipment or services, fluorinated fire-fighting agents, hexavalent chromium, and foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems. Payment must be submitted electronically via WAWF using an invoice and receiving report for fixed-price deliverables, and the contractor must affirm compliance with Buy American, export control, and sustainable product requirements.
