Origin terms, with final acceptance occurring at the destination MAPAC DKU005. Packaging, preservation, and marking must strictly comply with MIL-STD-2073-1 for OCONUS shipments and MIL-STD-129 for labeling, including mandatory yellow “DLR” labels on blue backgrounds for depot-level repairable items, and bar-coding per ISO/IEC standards and MIL-STD-130 for Unique Item Identification. All items must be traceable with the procurement instrument identifier, CLIN, and subCLIN, and the contractor is responsible for inspecting and certifying conformance to manufacturer specifications, ISO 9001, and FAR inspection clauses. Invoicing must be submitted exclusively through WAWF, and the contractor must comply with CMMC requirements, hazardous materials handling protocols, and anti-kickback and whistleblower protections.
