This solicitation, identified as SPMYM226Q5646, seeks the procurement of an electrical connector, part number MS3408DJ32B-17P, with delivery required FOB Destination Bremerton, WA, to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The contract is classified as a commercial item procurement under FAR Part 12, using a Firm Fixed Price structure, with award to be made based on a trade-off analysis considering technical acceptability, price, and past performance—none of which are weighted numerically but collectively determine the most advantageous offer to the government. All submissions must be submitted electronically via email to david.dominguezjr@dla.mil or through SAM.gov by the deadline of Thursday, 21 May 2026, at 11:00 AM PST, and must include a fully completed, signed, and dated solicitation package together with any applicable amendments; failure to submit both documents signed and dated will result in non-responsiveness. Offerors must provide vendor contact information, CAGE code, manufacturer details, lead time, and delivery date as required in the specified sections of the form, and must indicate whether the item is a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) product, which would exempt it from NIST SP 800-171 compliance. Contractors are required to comply with a comprehensive set of packaging, marking, and preservation standards, primarily ASTM-D-3951, with additional adherence to MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130 for military-specific labeling and unique item identification, including data matrix symbols under ISO/IEC 15434 formats. Wood packaging must be heat-treated to 56°C for 30 minutes and certified by an ALSC-accredited agency, while prohibited materials such as loose fill polystyrene and newspaper are strictly forbidden. All deliveries must be palletized unless shipped via small parcel carriers. Invoicing must be submitted electronically through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF), with payment processed under DoDAAC N50082. Compliance with multiple FAR clauses is mandatory, including those addressing whistleblower protections, subcontractor sales restrictions, executive compensation reporting, supply chain security prohibitions against Kaspersky, ByteDance, and Huawei/ZTE products, and obligations related to employment eligibility, labor standards, and anti-trafficking. Contractors must also certify their entity information, including UEI and CAGE codes,
