This notice is published in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 7.107-3(b)(1). The Senior Contracting Official has determined that the consolidation of the DCRF and C2CRE-B logistics requirements is necessary and justified. The redacted determination is attached. The formal solicitation will be issued to Joint Enterprise Contracted Logistics and Services Support II (JE-CLaSS II) Multiagency Contract (MAC) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) holders no earlier than 7 days from the date of this notice.
