The scope of work is to construct (1) 12-ft wide x 18-ft long x 10-ft high masonry wall enclosure complete with concrete footings, columns, beams, roof slab including 1-ea metal single door and 330-sf Built Up Roof (BUR) system, (2) Installation of laboratory equipment and accessories, (3) Installation of air duct for new fume hoods, (4) Installation of exhaust fan and accessories, (5) Installation of new A/C units for the laboratory and administrative office, (6) provide power supply complete with wires, conduits, fitting and accessories from STA89A to new equipment room, (7) Install new electrical system including lighting and grounding system, disconnect switch, outlets, wires, conduits, accessories and (8) Install heat detector, manual pull station and horn connected to F-4045.
