This BOA is intended to cover a wide range of maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects at Aviano Air Base and its geographically separated units such as Ghedi. Task orders issued under this agreement will have a maximum value of $350,000 USD each, and it’s important to note that the BOA itself is not a contract but a mechanism to pre-qualify contractors to bid on future task orders. Interested companies must submit a statement of interest, a capability statement demonstrating experience in the specified trades, and sign the attached terms and conditions to be considered for the BOA holder list. Contractors should carefully review requirements related to base access, security, and superintendent procedures necessary to operate at Aviano Air Base. The BOA will remain open for its entire lifecycle, allowing submissions anytime; however, only approved BOA holders can compete for task orders. For questions or submissions, the points of contact are Cesar Becerra and Sara Giacomello. The solicitation was posted on June 3, 2026, with a response deadline of June 8, 2026.
