Blenheim Boulevard Bridge Deck Rehabilitation. The scope of repairs include: Mill existing wearing surface, remove existing concrete median and sidewalks, perform localized repairs to top surface of precast prestressed voided slab units, seal longitudinal joints between slab units to prevent moisture infiltration, install reinforced concrete bridge deck, cast new sidewalks medians and parapets. Eliminate deck joints by installing new elastomeric expansion joints at the abutments and link slabs at the piers. Perform localized repairs to the underside of the precast prestressed voided slab units. PRE-BID CONFERENCE ON JULY 16, 2026 @ 11:00 (see bid cover page).
