Construction Management and Inspection Services for Capital Improvement Project No.: 1636 Mills Park Site Improvements and Project No.: 1795 Mills Park Building Renovations and Building Perimeter Site Improvements

Bid #26-001Q: The City of Carson is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional construction management and inspection services for two capital improvement projects at Mills Park. Project No. 1636 involves site improvements including a new playground with shade structure, basketball court, fitness court with shade structure, picnic shade structures, permeable pavers, new concrete walkways, expanded drainage and irrigation, turf installation, site furnishings, and fencing. Project No. 1795 consists of building renovations, including expanding the building by approximately 1,400 square feet for more office space, public restrooms, and storage, as well as facade improvements, interior renovations (flooring, kitchen, restrooms), and replacing an old wading pool with a new splash pad water feature. The selected consultant will be responsible for the full scope of construction management, inspection, and materials testing services for both projects.
