Construction Management Services for the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project

The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for professional Construction Management (CM) services for the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project. This initiative, funded by the South the Placer Wastewater Authority, aims to increase secondary treatment capacity through two primary schedules: Schedule A, focusing on the rehabilitation of Aeration Basins 300 and 400, and Schedule B, which involves improvements to Aeration Basins 500 through 800, aeration blower upgrades, electrical system enhancements, and the installation of a hydrocyclone system. The selected consultant will provide comprehensive oversight throughout the pre-construction, construction, startup, commissioning, and project closeout phases, serving as the City's primary CM representative.
