Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is undertaking a number of projects in the Parliamentary Precinct located downtown Ottawa. This Standing Offer will apply to projects managed by the Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB) with a construction cost not exceeding $14M HSTE. Call-ups against the Standing Offer will be issued for the provision of Construction Management (CM) Services on an ongoing basis for multiple projects managed concurrently. The call-ups may also include the request for Construction Advisory (CA) Services as time based additional services. Callups against the Standing Offer will be established on a project by project basis. The CM will provide services to ensure that the projects are delivered on schedule, on scope, within the construction estimate, and to the level of quality commensurate for assets within the Parliamentary Precinct campus. Work will be described in a Call-up against the Standing Offer. Construction is defined as the work required to deliver specific projects in and around the Parliamentary Precinct. Construction includes work required to improve, reconfigure and/or refurbish spaces, building systems, and building elements.
