Bid #280-3010603-GK: The project involves serving as a Construction Manager-at-Risk for comprehensive security and IT infrastructure upgrades at John Wayne Airport. The scope includes replacing the airport's IT Fiber Loop, upgrading and replacing the Access Control System with associated doors and hardware, and replacing and expanding the CCTV/VMS systems. A key component is the installation of an enhanced Perimeter Detection System around the airfield. All work must be phased and sequenced to ensure uninterrupted daily airport operations and security, requiring close coordination with multiple airport stakeholders. The CMAR will provide pre-construction services including constructability reviews and GMP development, followed by construction, testing, and commissioning services.
