Construction Manager at Risk for Library Green Landscape Project

The University of Texas at Arlington is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to deliver the Library Green Landscape Project under solicitation number FM2026-009, with a total budget limitation of $7,000,000.00. The project includes landscape renovation activities such as natural landscaping, water feature construction, concrete removal, excavation, debris hauling, environmental testing, hazardous materials remediation, utility disconnects, fencing, and equipment rental.
