DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. SN000428_87288 – Construction of 6 New Buildings, St-Jean Garrison, QC The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for the construction of six pre-engineered buildings at the St-Jean Garrison site (QC). The resulting Contract will include an Indigenous Benefits Plan (IBP) that aims to provide opportunities for businesses owned and led by Indigenous People. Canada’s free trade agreements pose no impediment to the inclusion of measures for the benefit of Indigenous Peoples and/or businesses in a procurement. Refer to the Tender documents for details. You may consult the Indigenous Services Canada’s business directory, and/or Canadian Council for Indigenous Business’s directory as required. NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $52,100,000. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 358 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
