Construction of CCA wooden floating docks and accessories for Ile d’Entrée fishing harbour to Iles-de-la-Madeleine

SCOPE OF WORK Construction of CCA wooden floating docks and accessories for Ile d’Entrée fishing harbour, comprises, but is not limited to: - Supply of material and labor for manufacture of floating docks and steel galvanized ad aluminum accessories in accordance to details and quantities indicated in drawings. - Supply of materials and specialized labor for the installation of the HDPE dry boxes for lot 1 all according to drawings and specifications. - Delivery of floating docks and accessories to the fishing harbour indicated for each lot. - Complete installation of the floating docks, cables, strong arms as indicated on the drawings, as well as all adjustments onsite. CONSTRUCTION TIME The Contractor must perform and complete all Work by April 26, 2024. See specifications for the project milestones. Note: If the contractor requires the use of a boat to complete the work noted above, Marine Liability Insurance will be required. The contractor’s insurance policy must be submitted to the Contracting Officer prior to the commencement of work. PROCUREMENT STRATEGY FOR INDIGENOUS BUSINESS Conditional Set-Aside under the Federal Government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) This is an open tender. However, it will be conditionally set-aside under the Government of Canada’s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) if two or more bids have been received by Indigenous businesses who are certified under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) criteria and who may be listed in the Government of Canada’s Indigenous Business Directory.
