Construction of Golf Maintenance Building

The Town of Brewster is soliciting bids for the construction of a new maintenance facility at the Captains Golf Course, located at 1010 Freemans Way, Brewster, Massachusetts. This invitation-only opportunity is restricted to prequalified general and filed sub-bidders. The project must be executed in accordance with plans and specifications dated September 16, 2026, prepared by Weston & Sampson Engineers. All work is subject to Massachusetts bidding laws and prevailing wage rates. Funding for the project is contingent upon a Special Town Meeting scheduled for November 16, 2026. Filed sub-bids for specific trade categories, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, resilient floors, roofing and flashing, waterproofing, and miscellaneous iron, are due electronically via Projectdog by October 15, 2026.
