Construction of: New Athletic Facilities and New Board of Education Central Office

The Wayne County Board of Education is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Management firms for the construction of new athletic facilities and a new Board of Education Central Office in Jesup, Georgia. The project has an approximate total budget of 35,000,000 dollars and is structured as a Construction Manager at Risk agreement, with final pricing to be determined via a reconciled Guaranteed Maximum Price. The scope of work includes comprehensive project management, daily and monthly reporting, and adherence to OSHA safety requirements and EPD storm water monitoring standards. Construction is scheduled to begin in May 2027 and must be completed by July 2028, with all work finalized before the start of the 2026-2027 school year.
