This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to obtain the following information:
(1) The availability and capability of qualified sources;
(2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition 236220- Commercial and Industrial Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45 Million.
Requirement Description:
On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) the United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement for Construction Project Services CSS#92345, Repair Parking Lot Lights at the Richmond Armed Force Reserve Center (AFRC) in North Chesterfield, Virginia 23234 (Facility VA050). Attached DRAFT Specification of Work for reference. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.

(4) Capability Statement detailing previous related requirement work (Not to Exceed 2 Pages).
(5) Response via e-mail message is acceptable, please ensure items 1 through 4 are addressed and emailed to nancy.m.zeng.civ@army.mil. Any questions shall be directed to Nancy Zeng, Contract Specialist, via email. Response requested no later than June 17, 2026 1:00 pm EST.
