This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to obtain the following information:
(1) The availability and capability of qualified sources;
(2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition 238990- All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a small business size standard of $19 Million.
Requirement Description:
On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) the United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement for Construction Project Services CSS#88840, Repair the posts of the Military Equipment Parking (MEP) fence and expansion of the MEP lot at the PFC Roy M Reynolds U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) in Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101 (Facility WV046). Attached DRAFT Specification of Work for reference. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.

(3) Confirms full capabilities of completing all the required tasks specified in the DRAFT SOW.
(4) Capability Statement detailing previous related requirement work (Not to Exceed 2 Pages).
(5) Response via e-mail message is acceptable, please ensure items 1 through 4 are addressed and emailed to nancy.m.zeng.civ@army.mil. Any questions shall be directed to Nancy Zeng, Contract Specialist, via email. Response requested no later than June 17, 2026 1:00 pm EST.
