AI Contract Overview
Granite School District is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms seeking to provide construction, real estate, and land use legal services under solicitation number DB27-001-RFSQ. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a Part 15, which governs the selection of consultants through a qualifications-based process rather than price competition. Respondents must demonstrate their expertise, experience, and capability in delivering legal services related to construction, property acquisition, zoning, land development, and associated regulatory matters. Pricing information must not be included in submissions; selection will be based solely on the quality and relevance of qualifications, with the highest-ranked firm invited to negotiate a contract under terms deemed fair and reasonable. If negotiations with the top-ranked vendor fail, the district may move to the next highest-ranked firm. Responses are due by August 27, 2026, and all submissions must be submitted through the Utah BonfireHub portal. Primary point of contact for inquiries is David Bundy at dmbundy@graniteschools.org, and performance of services is expected to occur within the state of Utah.
