STEP 2: PROJECT, ALTERNATES, AND PRICING (ALL PROPOSING VENDORS MUST SUBMIT FOR BOTH STEP 1 AND STEP 2) SEE STEP 2 IN CURRENT BIDS OF THIS ONLINE PLATFORM - SEE ALL REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINE. Failure of Proposer to submit both Step 1 and Step 2 prior to each Step deadline will result in disqualification of Proposer. SEE STEP 1 RFQ 2425-18-S-25 for additional information. 1. Proposers are expected to examine this solicitation and the accompanying contract forms carefully, understand the terms and conditions for providing the services listed herein and respond completely. FAILURE TO COMPLETE AND PROVIDE ANY OF THE ABOVE ITEMS MAY RESULT IN THE PROPOSER’S PROPOSAL BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND THEREFORE DISQUALIFIED FROM CONSIDERATION.
2. Proposals must be submitted on the forms promulgated by Owner and accompanied by bid security as set out in Article III. below. No Proposal shall be made orally, by telephone, by facsimile ("fax") transmission or by any other electronic means outside of this electronic bid platform.
3. All blank spaces in the Proposal form should be filled out completely, and all numbers set forth both in words and in figures.
4. A proposal may be withdrawn by hand-delivered written document received by Owner prior to the time fixed for opening. Two signed copies of any such written withdrawal must be forwarded immediately to Owner in a sealed opaque envelope properly marked accordingly to properly identify the contents.
5. All proposals shall be computed exclusive of the Texas Sales Tax; that is, such tax shall not be added to the amount offered for the construction of the Project.
6. Owner reserves the right to request supplemental information of any and all Proposers to aid the Owner in the evaluation process. SEE BID SECURITY REQUIREMENT IN THIS STEP 2 PROPOSAL.
