Full Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head, Maryland intends to award a sole source, cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C 2304(c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-2 entitled "Only one responsible source". The requiring activity is NAVSEA Headquarters (HQ), SEA 00I. This contract will be awarded to TWD Associates, 4401 Ford Avenue Suite 300, Alexandria, VA 22302, to continue to provide NAVSEA with critical Information Technology (IT) support services including acquisition, enhancement, operation, maintenance and life-cycle support for software and systems applications that support Mission Command Networks, Systems and Operations. This notice is not a request for proposals. This action will result in a "bridge" contract which is necessary for continuity of critical Information Technology services until a protest is resolved on N00174-18-F-3008. The resultant contract will be a base period of three months. Any information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for enhancing competition in a future competitive procurement. The government will not pay for information submitted.
