--CONTINUOUS EARLY VALIDATION (CEaVa)

The Contracting Center of Excellence, representing the G-8 Department of the Army Programs and Resources, plans to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract to SONEX Enterprises, Inc. for software enhancement, database management, and business process development services in support of the Continuous Early Validation (CEaVa) program. This contract will have an initial period of performance of one month, from February 16 to March 15, 2008, with an option for an additional month through April 15, 2008. The award is being made under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), which allows for limited source contracting without competition.
