Contract Administration Services for Construction Contract 2025-3015

The contract involves major transportation infrastructure improvements centered on reconfiguring an interchange from Parclo B2 to Parclo A2 and fully realigning Seventh Line West from Bloomfield Road to west of the Flook & Hinton Drain. This includes closing the connection between Seventh Line East and Bloomfield Road and replacing it with a cul-de-sac north of the interchange, along with associated drainage upgrades, partial lighting, and traffic signals at ramp terminals. Municipal watermain and sanitary line relocations are planned, with design work to be finalized before tendering. The Bloomfield Road underpass will be tendered as an A/B option allowing bidders to propose either steel or concrete construction. The project also requires replacing the Jeanettes Creek Bridge on Bloomfield Road and constructing a new ramp bridge over the Flook & Hinton Drain for the W-N/S ramp, while removing the existing Flook & Hinton Drain bridge on Seventh Line West, which is no longer needed. A carpool lot with illumination will be built as part of the scope. Bidding documents are accessible through Merx, with fees applicable, and the solicitation closed on June 5, 2026, under the government of Canada’s Engineering Services - Western Region, with Mike Robson as the contracting authority.
