The work in accordance with the Contract Documents and Specifications, dated August 21, 2024, and any addenda thereto, consists of a multi-year contract to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, fuel, services, and expertise required for the mowing and trimming of designated Right of Ways and Medians, Retention Basins, City Cemeteries, Electric Division Substations, Fire Stations, Water Division Facilities, designated Parks Lands, and other City Grounds. The Contract Mowing Services will be in effect for an initial three (3) year period beginning January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2027. At the City's option, the contract may be renewed at the expiration of the initial term for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
