Notice is hereby given that the Cranberry Township Board of Supervisors, Butler County, 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 400, Cranberry Township, PA 16066-6499, will accept sealed bids for the following contracts:
Contract No. 2026-383 - Powell Farm Water Tap
Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the installation of 625 LF of 8” waterline on Goehring Road and a meter vault for the Powell Farm property, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents.
Bidding documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). Proposals shall be submitted upon forms provided by the Township.
Bids will be received electronically via the PennBid Program until 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 21st, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened, with the results made available on PennBid. Bids submitted directly to Cranberry Township will be invalid and considered non-responsive.
Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature within PennBid.
All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township.
All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening.
The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply.
The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
