Contract Transfer: National Interim Management (NIM) for the Early Head Start (EHS) and Head Start (HS) Program

The Department of Health and Human Services has assumed administrative responsibility for Contract Number GS10F0183R/7571MN26F80046, effective May 14, 2026, transferring it from the Department of the Interior, which originally awarded the contract to the Community Development Institute on May 11, 2022. The transfer is purely administrative, with no changes to the contract’s terms, including the ultimate value, performance period, scope of work, or deliverables. The contract supports the National Interim Management initiative for the Early Head Start and Head Start programs, maintaining all existing obligations under the prior award. The work is performed in Denver, Colorado, with contract management handled by the Office of Strategic Buying Center – HHS Mission in Rockville, Maryland.
