This contract involves the procurement of structural panels for aircraft, designated under part number 0001S00000053, with a quantity of three units to be delivered within 465 days after the date of order. It incorporates a comprehensive set of technical and quality requirements as outlined by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Master List, which governs quality standards and configuration management, including inspection and acceptance at the origin. The contract mandates adherence to multiple specialized requirements such as DLA packaging standards, higher-level contract quality controls, specific marking requirements, and removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies. There is no shelf life specified for the materials covered. Significant compliance obligations include cybersecurity mandates, specifically requiring contractors to meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 through a certified third-party assessment. Export controls apply rigorously since the technical data related to the panels is subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), restricting unauthorized dissemination to foreign nationals or entities, including foreign subsidiaries, without prior governmental approval. The contract further restricts access to export-controlled technical data to DLA-approved contractors who have completed the required training and certifications. The place of performance is Robins Air Force Base, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense, ASC Supplier Operations, manages the contract, with a primary point of contact provided for coordination.
