This call order is to support the USCG Domestic Port Security Evaluation Division (CG-PSA-2) in supporting, developing, and maintaining the Maritime Security Risk Analysis Model (MSRAM) database, the MSRAM data analysis cycle for a bridge extension, associated MSRAM training curricula, enhancing risk mapping tools as well as supporting integration of risk data into USCG Enterprise systems. The associated work for this call order will assist the USCG with assigning risk numbers for ports and critical infrastructure based on various attack modes. The results are used to make risk informed decisions on the assignment of CG assets for security and force protection. While MSRAM is the primary effort for this call order, the contract also provides support for the FEMA Port Security Grant Program , and consequence analysis for hazardous material release as part of the over all risk assessment for port and critical infrastructure.
