The contract solicitation SPRTA1-26-Q-0326 for a Control, Alarm item (NSN 6340008442851RK) is issued under a firm-fixed-price arrangement via Basic Ordering Agreement SPE4A1-22-G-0014 and is formally waived from synopsis requirements under FAR 5.101(b)(1)(i) because the estimated value is at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. The solicitation is exclusively electronic, requiring all offers to be submitted through Contract Opportunities or via email, with no physical submissions permitted. The procurement is not subject to any set-aside provisions and falls under NAICS code 336413, with no socioeconomic preferences applied. The item must be delivered by August 31, 2026, to DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma at Tinker Air Force Base, with F.O.B. Origin shipping terms applying per FAR 52.247-29, requiring the vendor to coordinate with DCMA Transportation via the SIR eTool System before shipment. All units must bear Item Unique Identification (IUID) markings consistent with MIL-STD-130 and DFARS 252.211-7003, including a data matrix barcode, with location and method determined by the contractor but uniformly applied. Quality assurance is governed by FAR 52.246-2, -3, -4, -5, or -6, with inspection and acceptance occurring at origin. Packaging, transportation data, and IUID compliance documents must be included as attachments with the proposal. The contracting office is DLA Aviation at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, with Chrissy Turnage as the primary point of contact for proposals and Woodnell M. Respert serving as the COR. Payment and invoicing methods are unspecified, and no contract value is provided, though the acquisition remains below the $250,000 simplified acquisition threshold. No options, security clearances, or OCI provisions are included, and the basis of award is implicitly LPTA due to the absence of technical evaluation factors beyond conformance to delivery, marking, and inspection standards.
