This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes ONLY and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey (JB MDL). This notice is strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine the interest and capabilities of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 561720 - Janitorial Services. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. Vendors are reminded that only Contracting Officers are authorized to commit the government to the obligation of funds. At this time, no solicitation exists, therefore, requests for a copy of a solicitation will not be permitted. JB MDL is seeking interested sources for a contract, for 1 (one) year with 4 (four) option year periods for air field control tower windows cleaning service. Services will include the cleaning of the interior and exterior tower cab windows once a month and the cleaning of the tower cab beveled exterior window surfaces once a year.in accordance with (IAW) the attached draft Performance Work Statement. This notice may be followed by a request for proposal. All potential offerors are encouraged to submit a response. Please submit responses to Lisa Goodwin at lisa.goodwin.2@us.af.mil. Responses are to be submitted no later than 9 Apr, 2021 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information: 1. Company name and address. 2.
