The government intends to award a fixed-price, requirements contract with economic price adjustments based on Platts pricing indices. The performance period is scheduled from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2030, with an estimated total quantity of over 6.3 million gallons of DS2 and approximately 1.5 million gallons of MUR. This is an unrestricted acquisition under NAICS 324110, and it is structured as an open continuous solicitation that will remain active until March 31, 2030, to accommodate new line items. Proposals must be submitted in English and U.S. dollars, with pricing entered through the Posts, Camps and Stations Offer Entry Tool (OET) and supporting documentation emailed to the designated points of contact. Valid offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management, Wide Area Workflow, and the DLA Internet Bid Board System. Technical acceptability is evaluated on an acceptable or unacceptable basis, requiring a supply commitment letter and adherence to strict quality assurance provisions, including the submission of Certificates of Analysis not older than 90 days.
