The Converge Des - UCSD Health Core and Finance TI project is a multi-floor tenant improvement solicitation for the University of California, San Diego, located at 6256 Greenwich Dr, San Diego. The project encompasses nearly 58,238 square feet across floors 1 through 3 and a portion of the 4th floor. The scope of work involves the demolition of existing finishes, partitions, ceilings, and MEP components, followed by the installation of new partitions, finishes, casework, MEP/FP systems, and low-voltage cabling for data, security, and AV.
