This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number CIC-158145 dated 2024-05-22 with a closing of 2024-06-03 at 2:00 PM EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
Canada is seeking to establish a contract for conversion of IRCC application kits to large print and/or braille, including embossing or fillable pdf, on an “as and when requested” basis as defined in Appendix "D", Statement of Work, for (3) three years including all options.
This requirement aims to respond to the specific needs of the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) clients. Generally, application kits are made up of an instruction guide, several application forms and associated document checklist. As clients are not always able to use the published standard version, IRCC receives accommodation requests from the public for large print and/or braille format, either in English or French.
