Conveyance of Non-Project Water to Kern County Water Agency (SWP #26025)

Contract SWP #26025 governs the conveyance of up to 6,094 acre-feet of Arvin-Edison Water Storage District's 2025 Central Valley Project Non-Project Water to the Kern County Water Agency. This operation is conducted under Article 55 of the Water Supply Contract between the Kern County Water Agency and the Department of Water Resources. The United States Bureau of Reclamation will make the water available at the O'Neill Forebay and/or Banks Pumping Plant, with the Department of Water Resources managing delivery to the agency's turnouts located in Reaches 9 through 16A of the California Aqueduct.
