ITEM WITH UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS.
PRODUCT INSPECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE QAR
AT THE ACTUAL MANUFACTURER'S FACILITY IDENTIFIED
ON THIS CONTRACT. THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE
ACTUAL MANUFACTURER MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE
CONTRACTING OFFICER FOR INCLUSION IN THE AWARD.
UPON AWARD, ANY CHANGES TO THE ABOVE MUST BE
APPROVED BY THE PCO VIA FORMAL CONTRACT
MODIFICATION.

PRODUCT VERIFICATION TESTING (PVT) IN ACCORDANCE
