The Polar Continental Shelf Program (PCSP) of Natural Resources Canada requires the services of the following DeHavilland DHC-6 Twin Otter 300 Series Aircraft or equivalent, to support its field operations in the Canadian Arctic, Arctic Ocean, Greenland and Alaska, for the field season years 2024 and optional season years 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028. In order to be considered equivalent the proposed aircraft must meet or exceed the DeHavilland DHC-6 Twin Otter 300 Series Aircraft Specifications. The base locations for the service are Resolute, Nunavut; Iqaluit, Nunavut; and Inuvik, Northwest Territories. The main base of operations is Resolute, Nunavut. Resolute controls all the flight operations that are conducted across the three locations.
