The contract involves the procurement of six units of a CORE ASSEMBLY, FLUID with NSN 2930-01-572-4464 and part number C432-025-1000, sourced from RTH AMERICA INC. 3CX34, under solicitation SPE7L4-26-U-0674 issued by the Department of Defense’s LSO Combat Vehicles and Armament. Delivery is required within 11 days after receipt of order, with the contract structured as a unilateral indefinite delivery contract valid for one year, under the First Destination Transportation program and FOB Origin terms. All items must be packaged and marked in accordance with ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, but the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements takes precedence over all packaging and quality standards.
