Solicitation # RFP-064-26
The District of North Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary consultant teams under solicitation RFP-064-26 to conduct a service and space needs assessment and an options and feasibility study for the Karen Magnussen and Ron Andrews Community Recreation Centres. The primary objective is to establish an evidence-based foundation for future council decisions regarding the delivery of recreation and community services in the Lynn Valley and Seymour service areas. The successful proponent will be required to provide a comprehensive project team with proven experience in decision-ready options analysis for public sector recreation projects. Deliverables include public and user group engagement, detailed analysis of operational impacts, and a final set of recommendations. The contract requires Commercial General Liability and Professional Liability insurance, with monthly invoicing submitted as PDFs to the District.
