This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number 12363N26Q4110 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).  Award shall be made under the R6 Pacific Northwest Stewardship BPA. Only current BPA holders are eligible to submit quotes. Quotes received from vendors that have not been awarded a R6 Pacific Northwest Stewardship BPA will be rejected; no evaluation of the submitted documents will be performed.


The objectives of this project are to advance EO 14225, Immediate Expansion of American Timber Production, and the USDA's National Active Forest Management Strategy. To increase forest health and vigor and to remove hazardous fuels to reduce the threat of catastrophic wildfire .
