Questions are to be posted directly on the bids&tenders website. A non-mandatory, but highly advisable site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Central Time (2:00 p.m. Eastern Time) located at the Duke Hockey Arena, 200 Frog Creek Road, Fort Frances, ON P9A 2R2. During the site visit, all Contractors may conduct a general inspection of the building, including electrical panels.
