Counseling Center for Oak Grove Elementary School

Bradley County Schools is soliciting bids from licensed contractors for the construction of a new portable counseling center at Oak Grove Elementary School, located at 400 Durkee Road SE, Cleveland, Tennessee. The scope of work includes the installation of the portable unit, exterior stairs, a ramp, and a canopy, as well as all necessary site improvements and utility work. A mandatory pre-bid meeting was scheduled for October 2, 2026, with the final bid submission deadline set for October 27, 2026. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest base bid, provided the bidder submits costs for all required alternates and demonstrates the necessary facilities and ability through project manager and field superintendent references. Bidders must provide a Tennessee Contractors License and submit a bid security, with the successful contractor required to furnish performance and labor and material payment bonds. All work must adhere to the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, NFPA 70 electrical standards, and various non-discrimination and drug-free workplace assurances. Payment will be processed monthly using AIA Documents G702 and G703, submitted electronically to the architect.
