COUNTER ASSEMBLY

The contract pertains to the procurement of a single Counter Assembly, identified by NSN 1680-LL-SNS-A263 and part number 36011, supplied exclusively by CARP INDUSTRIES CORP and AEROSONIC LLC. This is a critical application item with no shelf life requirement and no need for Item Unique Identification, as specified by the Service customer under DFARS 252.211-7003(c)(1)(i). All technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersede any referenced standards. Sampling must comply with MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 using a zero-defect acceptance criterion unless otherwise stated, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. Shipping must be via the fastest traceable means, excluding parcel post, to the designated Naval Base Coronado receiving location.
