The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Services on behalf of the Office of the Auditor Controller is soliciting proposals from certified public accountants, audit firms, financial management companies and other qualified firms to provide Cost Allocation Plan Report (hereinafter Report) services for the Office of the Auditor Controller as outlined in this RFP. The Report allocates County indirect overhead and central support service costs to the users of those services. The Report is required annually from State and local governments.
