Courier Services for Service Canada Center (SCC) 64 Main Street, Port aux Basques, NL The Contractor will supply drivers with vehicles to provide transportation services. Contractor will supply additional laborers and equipment on an as requested basis for ad hoc requirements. The Contractor will provide the pickup and delivery of material within Port aux Basques, NL. See Annex B - Daily Run Schedule for daily run. Driver (and additional laborers) may be required to load and/or unload vehicles to distribute mail to appropriately labelled locations. The Contractor will provide control and security for items in transit. Materials must not be kept in vehicles overnight. All non-deliveries must be returned to ESDC point of pick-up. Material is defined as envelopes, mail bags, parcels, packages and boxes. Due to the volume of the requirement the Contractor is to provide ESDC/Service Canada with dedicated pick-up and delivery service for Port aux Basques, NL location. The Contractor will provide dedicated vehicles and drivers to pick up and deliver mail, by hands, boxes, crates, monotainers while performing the work. A dedicated vehicle will be defined as a vehicle to be used for pick-up and delivery of ESDC/Service Canada materials only and must not incorporate pickups or deliveries for other customers of the Contractor.
