This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Request for Quotations number is 70Z048-23-Q-ATCM1569 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotations incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 dated August 10, 2022. The NAICS Code is 492110. The small business size standard is 1500. This is a total small business set-aside. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor sam.gov website for the release of any amendments to this solicitation. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. Past performance will be a factor in the evaluation and selection of awarded vendor. The United States Coast Guard Aviation Training Center Mobile has a requirement for the following: (1) Courier service to pick-up equipment dropped by aircraft per attached Performanced Work Statement (PWS). (2) 10/01/2022 through 09/30/2023 FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
